Semarang – On January 9th, 2019, Oceanography Department of FPIK had been declared as the department with ISO 9001: 2015 certified by the scope of “Management of Higher Education” from the United Registrar of Systems (URS) which is valid until January 8, 2022, with a certificate number 105039 / A / 0001 / UK / En.
With this certification, the Oceanography Department of Universitas Diponegoro has run and meets international standards for internationally recognized tertiary education management systems.

Head of the Oceanography Department, Dr. Denny Nugroho S, S.T, M.Sc., said that hopefully with this certification the Oceanography Department would be better in the future, he also expressed his gratitude to all staff of the Department of Oceanography in the Faculty of Fisheries and the Undip Maritime Sciences who have helped and supported the certification of the Oceanography Department.
