• The increasing quality of graduates following the competency of Indonesian National Curriculum (KKNI) to meet the needs of the work market and development.
• Robust internal management, organization and leadership and accountability.
• The implementation of Tri Dharma colleges, namely the improvement of education quality, research quality, and community service.
• The ratio of Professor Lecturer to the students increased.

Vision and mission achievement strategies are done by:

• Improved academic atmosphere: With increasing student involvement in lecturers ‘ research activities and frequency of student consultations in drafting theses, improving laboratory services to support activities Practicum and student research, improving library services and infrastructure that support them
• Relevance (relevancy): By conducting curriculum development and the content of the syllabus, increasing the ability of students in operating computers, English language, and Soft skills supported by the improvement of adequate infrastructure
