DIPLOMA THESIS DEFENSE REGISTRATION SCHEDULE 2021

Each period can accommodate about 15 exams. Therefore, please prepare for the diploma thesis defense and plan your graduation according to the academic schedule of the Faculty and the University, and consult your plan properly with the Advisor & Supervisor Lecturer.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE FOR HEAD OF DEPARTMENT’S SIGNATURE

Submission of approval sheet by Head of Dept:
Supervisor I and II are addressed as the Chief Examiner and Secretary of the Examiner on the approval sheet for the Head of the Department and the Dean

The submission is accompanied by a copy of the TOEFL score and the Thesis defense validation sheet that has been signed by KPS
Applications are sent to e-mail at kunarso@lecturer.undip.ac.id
Notes:

– No need to include a legalized TOEFL score.

– No need to include files in two formats pdf or words (Choose only one)

– Pay attention to the title, NIP and the name of the Lecturer.

If unauthorized use or forgery of signatures of supervisors, examiners, academic advisor, or departmental or dean officials, the student concerned will be subject to sanctions following applicable regulations.
